Hi, I’m Sarah – A relatable, relational therapist for people who are tired of performing a version of themselves that doesn’t quite fit.

I’m the right therapist for you if…

You’ve done everything you’re “supposed” to do and still feel like something is off.

You find yourself shapeshifting depending on who you’re around, and you’re not sure which version is actually you.

You’re questioning your identity – your relationship, career, gender, sexuality, values, or place in the world – and don’t know where to start.

You’re exhausted from overthinking, complicated relationships, or just trying to figure out what you actually want. Part of you has a burning desire to feel more like yourself, but you’re not sure who that is yet.

Whether you’re a teen asking these questions for the first time, or an adult realizing it’s never too late – you belong here.

What working with me feels like…

This is the one place you don’t have to perform. No masking and no managing how you come across. Show up mid-sentence, mid-spiral, or mid-reinvention, you’ll be met with genuine curiosity and zero judgment.

I show up as a human first and a therapist second. We’ll have real conversations, sit with the messy parts, and gently untangle the patterns that keep showing up. I’ll help you make sense of your feelings, learn to trust your own inner wisdom, and connect with your most authentic self. Together we’ll explore the big questions, the small questions, and everything in between.

Figuring out who you are and where you’re going is your work – but you don’t have to do it alone.

My Background & Approach…

Before counselling, I spent fifteen years in education, business, and design, sitting alongside people during meaningful moments of change. I’m currently completing my MA in Counselling Psychology as a practicum student, working under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist. I draw from person-centred, narrative, attachment-based, and emotionally focused approaches, alongside CBT and solution-focused therapy – always tailored to you.

Nature, mostly. Whether I’m walking through the woods or sitting near water, it reminds me to slow down and breathe a little deeper. I’m also grounded by the people and places that have shaped me — my loved ones, my home, and the routines that bring steadiness to my days. Quiet time to reflect and listen to my own inner voice keeps me connected to what matters most.

Kind, warm, empathetic, and genuinely curious — with a belief that a little humour can bring lightness to even the heaviest moments.

I come to this work as a white, cisgender woman who has navigated my own healing journey. I know firsthand the courage it takes to look inward.

I’m mindful that each of us carries different identities, lived experiences, and relationships to the systems we exist within. I’m committed to showing up with openness, humility, and a genuine willingness to keep learning.

Outside of therapy, I spend as much time outdoors as I can — hiking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or camping in my lovingly renovated 1974 Boler trailer. Nature brings me a deep sense of peace and joy.

I also love a good novel (especially romantasy), weight training, yoga, running, and winding down with the occasional cheesy reality show. At home, life is shared with my two dachshunds, Piper and Ruby, who bring plenty of personality and laughter into my days.

You are braver than you think.

It will feel messy and uncomfortable at times — but it will also bring moments of clarity, relief, and real understanding. You’ll discover parts of yourself you didn’t know existed, and learn to approach the parts you once avoided with love.

You were never broken. You adapted, you survived, and the strengths that carried you here will help guide you toward a life that feels more authentic and more yours.

This is part of the adventure of being human. The effort you put in will support you in ways you can’t quite imagine yet.

I believe deeply in the wisdom and strength people already carry within them. Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are — it’s about creating space to understand yourself more fully, reconnect with what matters to you, and move through life with a little more self-compassion.

It’s an honour to sit with people while they do that work.
