Online Therapeutic Services
Ways To Work With Us
With a talented team of dedicated psychotherapists to serve you, our goal at Gentle Living Psychotherapy is to pair you with a therapist that matches your needs, personality and unique experience to develop a container of nourishment, support and growth.
Individual Psychotherapy
In this 1:1 online setting, we’ll co-create the best approach for you. Your therapist will support you in working through or exploring the areas that are most important to you.
Group Therapy
In online group therapy, clients grow through shared experiences with others. There is nothing more powerful for our healing than an empathic, “ME TOO” from a peer.
“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s unbecoming everything that isn’t you so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”

Nurturing Psychotherapists
Supervision Services
Andi (Miranda) Conley provides supervision that meets CRPO requirements. Offering multiple options for supervision, Andi channels their passion to support therapists in building their skills from a holistic, compassionate, and systemically aware perspective. Expect your whole therapist self to be supported and challenged.
Individual or Dyadic Supervision
Andi supports psychotherapists in developing understanding of nervous system awareness and regulation, understanding our own motivations and triggers as therapists, and increasing our perspective around clients’ emotional loads.
Group Supervision
In a more cost effective approach, Group Supervision is offered on a monthly basis. These are small, closed groups, that benefit from the insights of an experienced CRPO Supervisor and the shared experiences in the group.
“On particularly rough days when I’m sure I can’t possibly endure, I like to remind myself that my track record for getting through bad days so far is 100% and that’s pretty good.”

Land Acknowledgement
At Gentle Living Psychotherapy, we have the privilege of living and working on Turtle Island, known by Western society as North America. Turtle Island has a long and rich history of different cultures and languages among Indigenous Peoples long before settlers arrived and took their lands. Specifically, our work is currently based from Simcoe County, on the unceded territories of the Anishinabewaki, Wendake-Nionwentsïo, Haudenosaunee, and Mississauga Peoples, falling under Treaty 18 and Williams Treaty.
As therapists working in this area, we acknowledge the systemic impact that colonization has had (and continues to have) on Indigenous Peoples and the land we live on. We recognize the history of genocide, racism, and violence that has come to Indigenous Peoples, and the role the mental health field has played (and continues to play) in this system. We realize our privileges within this system and our responsibilities towards change.
