My name is Lucy (she/her) and I have just completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

You get one chance at writing your life story. No pressure, right? The tricky thing is you did not have any input over how your story began, which characters appeared, or where it takes place. Perhaps you’re not a fan of the current plot line. Maybe you’re growing tired of the same old drama, or you have found yourself amidst a psychological thriller that you didn’t sign up for. Wouldn’t it be nice to have more creative control over the remaining narrative? One thing is for sure: your story is not finished.

Most of us could use a hand in the writing process. It would be my privilege to share a safe, non-judgmental space to hear your story. As a somatic-based therapist, I can also tailor our time together to help you with emotional regulation, reducing stress and overwhelm, and finding more peace, joy, and ease in your daily life.

You are the author of your story, and you have full control over which direction it goes. If you’re looking for someone who is 2SLGBTQA+ affirming, culturally inclusive, and experienced in adult neurodivergence, I invite you to contact me for a free consultation. Together, we can realign your narrative with what you would like your story to be.

Having compassion for oneself and approaching challenges with curiosity rather than judgment.

Warm, open-minded, sincere, empathic and flexible.

BIPOC, neurodivergent, parent.

My desire to make the world an even marginally better place for my child.

Connecting with friends, listening to audiobooks or podcasts, diving into the new artistic special interest du jour, learning about the human body, exploring non-allopathic healing practices, cooking, connecting with nature

Finding the right therapist is like dating; you don’t have to settle for someone who isn’t the right fit for you, and it’s perfectly okay to find someone new when your needs change.

Your session is about YOU! What you bring to the table on any given day will be the ingredients we work with, and I’ll offer my own skills and techniques to help with your final creation. Oh, and I use a lot of analogies.
